01.06.2023: Proposal for a Cryptomine and a CSP(Concentrated Solar Power) Plant on Parcel0, 50 Hail Basin Rd, Powell, WY 82435, United States, Ownership of CityDAO LLC]

Dear DAO,

As a citizen NFT holder and Architect, I'm responding to the RFP (Request For Proposal) from November 2022. The RPF identified Parcel0, CityDAO's first land acquisition, as underutilized and envisioned it as the birthplace of a monument for the physical emergence of the Blockchain City.

My proposal exceeds the RPF's requirements, presenting an ambitious and prosperous future for the City. Parcel0, situated on the remote north-western edge of Wyoming where the grid surrenders to the mountains, may not attract NFT Citizens or digital nomads due to its harsh environment. However, it holds untapped potential for CityDAO's economic development.

The Blockchain City dreams of a network of localities, both physical and virtual, where citizens of a same state do not converge by geography but by common interests or beliefs. Bridging the gap between the physical and virtual, the purchase of Parcel0 serves as CityDAO's first step towards becoming a diplomatically recognized Network State. To further this ambition, the City must now focus on achieving economic sovereignty.

To ensure economic prosperity and sovereignty, my proposal suggests establishing a Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) Infrastructure on Parcel0 to power a Cryptomine. By harnessing solar energy and storing it within the stones, this Cryptomine will operate on Ethereum, chain on which the City operates. This transformative project marks a significant shift from reliance on NFT purchases and private investments to stable and self-sustaining income sources for the City.

The proposed AI-powered and automated CSP Infrastructure requires minimal maintenance, and a seasonal keeper will be employed to oversee its operations. [...
